FREE ENTRYÂ â we kindly suggest bringing a food bank donation.
Whatâs on
- A fantastic range of games, biscuit decorating, nail bar, and other surprises.
- Stalls featuring:

Festive crafts made by your children

Christmas swap shop – preloved holiday clothing, accessories and toys
- Hermi Hive CafĂŠÂ â delicious food and drinks to keep you going!

Donations needed –Â drop items at the school office any time before the fair

Raffle & Tombola: Toys, games, bottles, sweets, candles â anything gratefully received! Fantastic prizes from local businesses are up for grabs.

Preloved festive children’s items: Do you have outgrown holiday clothes or accessories? Donate them to our swap shop! Christmas books, toys, and decorations also welcome. Get a bargain on new-to-you items too, as everything will be sold on a pay-as-you-feel basis.
- Bake Stall: Homemade or shop-bought treats are welcome (no nuts, please).
Christmas Bake Off

Hand in festive bakes at drop-off onFriday, 5 December.
- Judged by school staff â prizes to be won!
- Collect your childâs bake later or donate it to the bake stall.
New this year â cash & token payments
- All stalls accept cash or our brand-new Hermi Hive tokens.
- Tokens: Buy at the fair by card in ÂŁ5 increments (10 tokens at 50p each).
- Tokens are non-refundable but valid for future HPPC events.
