š£ Shape the Year Ahead: Join the Hermitage Primary Parent Council for 2026/27!
Hi everyone,
As we look forward toĀ 2026/2027 academic year, we are inviting nominations to join the Hermitage Primary Parent Council (HPPC).
As a parent or carer of a child attending Hermitage Primary, you are automatically part of our Parent Forum.
Ā The HPPC is a group of volunteers from this forum who act as a vital link between parents and the school, working collaboratively through regular meetings to support our school community.
We are currently in need of all core committee members for the upcoming year.
If you would like to get involved, have a say in school matters, and help make this a fantastic year for our children, please complete the Google nomination form by Tuesday 1st September.

Join the āHive Prizeā Monthly Draw!Ā 
The Hermitage Primary Parent Council is excited to run theĀ Hive PrizeĀ ā a fun monthly draw that supports our school while giving you the chance to win cash prizes!
Hereās how it works:
- Each entry costsĀ Ā£5 per month, per number, paid conveniently byĀ standing order.
- 50%Ā of all money raised goes directly to support school projects and initiatives.
- The remainingĀ 50%Ā is shared among the winners:
Ā 1st Prize:Ā 50% of the prize fund
Ā 2nd Prize:Ā 30% of the prize fund
Ā 3rd Prize:Ā 20% of the prize fund
The more people who join, the bigger the prizes ā and the more funds we raise for our childrenās school!

Parent Council Annual General Meeting
Our Parent Council AGM is an opportunity for parents and carers to come together, hear about the work of the Parent Council over the past year and look ahead to the year ahead.
The AGM is also a chance to find out more about how the Parent Council supports our school, contribute ideas, raise matters that are important to families and get involved in shaping our school community.
All parents and carers are warmly welcome to attend. We would love to see you there and encourage anyone interested in getting involved to come along.
